Niki O’Shaughnessy has helped build successful packaging brands on both sides of the Atlantic. After getting her start in Dublin, Ireland, with Green Isle “Goodfellas” frozen pizza and Guinness, Niki moved to Toronto, Canada, and worked with Loblaws, the largest food and pharmacy retailer in the nation. There, she managed the grand relaunch of President’s Choice private label brand, which involved the design and deployment of approximately 4,000 SKUs in 2009 alone.
Now back to her Dublin roots, Niki has worked with Aldi and Lidl, while continuing to develop package designs and brand launches for new products both in Ireland and abroad.
